    Kick Off Summer 2012 with Thousands of YSAs May 19th!

    In what is bound to be the biggest party across California, thousands of YSAs across the state will gather together on May 19th to kickoff summer 2012 with service, games, food, friends and fun!

    Between all of us we can do amazing things this Summer, whether it's service, meeting new friends, or inviting others to see what our church is all about.

    So get excited for an amazing season, especially our statewide YSA Conference happening August 10-12th!

    Summer 2012 YSA Kickoff Party

  • Invite a Friend to Church Day

    As part of our "Proclaim the Gospel" goal, each YSA ward is encouraged to invite 150 non-members to Church - that's 20,000 across the State! On May 20th, YSA wards will hold a special Christ-centered meeting followed by a Linger Longer for friends not of our faith.
  • Temple and Family History Night

    Temples and Family History Centers across California will stay open late for YSAs wishing to do temple work. The goal set forth in our "Redeem the Dead" endeavor includes performing 100,000 temple ordinances and preparing/indexing 500,000 names! Check out the goals page to see where we're at.

    One of the greatest blessings we have is to communicate one-on-one with our Heavenly Father through prayer. He loves us, will listen, and will grant us the righteous desires of our heart. The Savior counseled the Nephites, “Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that he shall receive, behold it shall be given unto you” (3 Nephi 18:20).
